You can cancel your transaction with Vital Draws and get a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled blood collection appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If we need to cancel the transaction for any unexpected reason, we'll refund your payment promptly.
